Indy Winter Farmers Market is contacted regularly about urban and rural land that owners are eager to have farmed, as well as with job postings for various farming activities. As interest grows in eating from local farms, operating with sustainable farming practices, we need more farmers to meet the demand. It is a great benefit for IWFM, area farmers markets, and the Central Indiana food movement, to support the creation of new farmers.
