IWFM Vendor Forms

Every season we recruit high quality vendors to participate in our market. Vendors may participate for any duration of the season, whether that be a few weeks or the whole season. We strive for a balance of produce, meat and animal products, value-added foods, baked goods, Indiana artisanal products, and sustainable alternative household products. We welcome inquiries and encourage customers and vendors to suggest businesses, farmers, or other vendors they would like to see at our market by contacting us at info@indywinterfarmersmarket.org.

IWFM Tabling Organization Form

If you are interested in partnering with the IWFM to promote your organization by having a table at the market, please fill out this form and return it via email to info@indywinterfarmersmarket.org. Applicants are expected to read and adhere to the IWFM Rules and Regulations, as well as align with the mission of the IWFM. Table space is extremely limited and is therefore not guaranteed. Additionally, IWFM vendors receive priority over outside organizations who wish to have a table. Organizations who sponsor the IWFM have opportunity to table at the IWFM as part of their sponsorship package. Please see our Community page for more information.
